Oversees the strategic direction of IAP, a leader in world-class capabilities of Government Services & National Security, Expeditionary Infrastructure Services and Solutions, and Power.
Prior to IAP, Doug led portfolio strategies at DynCorp International, served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer of AOPA, co-founded Calder Capital Partners, led corporate development activities at Honeywell International, worked as an investment banker, and earned a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification at General Electric. He served in the U.S. Army as a pilot and officer, completing 11 years of active and reserve duty; he achieved qualifications in the UH-1, OH-58, and UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters.
Doug received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY, and a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
Responsible for the financial projections, risks, growth plans, and analysis, while providing strategic leadership and directing staffs in contracts, accounting, pricing and estimating, financial planning, audit & compliance, supply chain management.
Terry previously served as Executive Vice President & CFO for Kestrel – Boeing Defense, Space & Security, President of DRS Electronics Systems Group, worked a full profit and loss responsibility for a $400 Million defense electronics business engaged in the design, development, manufacture, and support of high-end workstation displays for the U.S. Navy.
Terry received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Connecticut, a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Hartford, and is a board member of United Way-Florida.
Responsible for the leadership and strategic direction ensuring safe operations, on-time delivery of affordable quality products, and growth in the Aviation and Engineering business area.
Mike joined IAP with more than 35 years aviation experience. He previously served at DynCorp International as a program executive at the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement, Aviation, for the Department of State, responsible for 175 aircraft in 7 locations and providing full-spectrum air operations, maintenance, and logistics in austere environments. Prior to that, he implemented notable improvements to the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) data program for aviation pre- and post-mission planning. Mike joined the industrial sector after serving 25 years as a U.S. Army aviator, commanding at multiple levels, and retired as Army Aviation’s Director, Evaluation and Standardization as a master Army aviator in both rotary and fixed wing aviation.
Mike received a B.S. in Psychology from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA, and a M.A. in Personal Administration and Human Resources.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing IAP’s global ethics and compliance program, corporate training initiatives, security, global trade compliance, and quality programs.
Prior to joining IAP, he served as Vice-President for the Training & Mentoring Business Area at DynCorp International, leading and managing NATO sponsored law enforcement and military training missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, as an international civilian police advisor in the United Nations Police Mission in Haiti, served in leadership positions supporting the UN International Police Task Force missions in Bosnia and Kosovo, managed start-up activities for protective security services in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, and Haiti and was responsible for operational management of rule-of-law programs in Palestine, Sudan, and Liberia
Manages the Business Development organization’s daily operations, resources, and budget, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and processes to ensure an efficient and effective business development function.
Prior to IAP, Tracy worked for DynCorp International, responsible for business and financial strategies for the company’s intelligence collection and analysis programs, and subsequently as the Senior Director of Business Development Operations for DI’s Global Operations; served as Vice President of Phoenix Consulting Group’s intelligence programs; and held several career-progressing positions during her 12 years of government service in the Intelligence Community.
Tracy received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University, VA, and a Master of Science in International Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Responsible for corporate strategic communications and reputation management, marketing and branding, crisis communications, social media, and public relations to best communicate the IAP story, generating broad understanding, advocacy, and support for business objectives.
Moe previously served as a Department of the Army Civilian for 23 years and has a highly successful record of strategic communication across all forms of current media, award winning national marketing and global branding expertise, information technology and cyber, crisis communications, critical interagency and strategic outreach, policy analysis, and legislative experience. She provided marketing expertise to the U.S. military command in Germany, followed by continuous STRATCOM and Public Relations guidance and counsel as Executive Outreach Officer to the Secretary of the Army at the Pentagon, and as the Director of Strategic Communications to the Superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Moe received a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Graphic Design and Computer Art from the University of Maryland and is Lean Six Sigma certified.
Responsible for corporate IT strategy, pricing, treasury services, and supply chain.
Jason has more than 15 years of software implementation and program management experience in the private and public sector. Prior to IAP, he served as VP of Program Management at the Kestrel division of Boeing Defense, Space and Security. He also managed large scale software implementations with Fortune 100 clients working for companies such as Telcordia Technologies, EPIK Communications, and BusinessEdge Solutions.
Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Responsible for the operation, development, and growth of the UK Business Area as part of the IAP’s integrated company plan.
Peter was a co-founder, in 1996, of Williams & Gleave Co Ltd, an interim technical management business, acquired by G3 Systems on their establishment in 2001 and then IAP in 2006. Serving as a Board member and the Operations Director before being appointed the Managing Director of G3 Systems, in 2008. Previously Peter held leadership positions at MSI International, Brown & Root Vickers, SAC plc and the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer Officer.
Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University, and a Master of Science in Marine Engineering from the Council for National Academic Awards.
Responsible for IAP’s information technology, security, and global trade compliance, as well as IAP’s portfolio of National Security-related programs.
Previously, Rob served as the Vice President, Operations for the Boeing Company’s $85M Integrated Information Systems’ Kestrel Enterprises business; served in the Defense Intelligence Agency where he managed advanced technology initiatives for the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Directorate for Intelligence; served at the National Security Council as the White House Situation Room’s Intelligence Analyst and Senior Duty Officer; and was the Department of Defense’s Deputy Defense Intelligence Officer for Global Trends and Projections.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from American University, and a Master in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
Responsible for leading the IAP U.S. and foreign government global support services portfolio that includes critical infrastructure and power support operations, air traffic management/air traffic control services, and other aligned allied service support programs.
Rick previously served within IAP with increasing responsibilities from Program Manager to Vice President Army, Air Force, Navy Marine Corps, Federal and Contingency Operations; Vice President of Navy/Marine Corps Programs; Vice President of Global Support Services; and Director of Global Services. He joined IAP in 2006 after his retirement from the U.S. Army as an infantry officer after more than 20 years of service, in a variety of assignments around the world.
Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY, and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University at Mount Pleasant.
Provides acquisition solutions and functional guidance in the management, and administration of all contracts for IAP.
Judith previously worked for DRS Technologies, Inc. supporting the Reconnaissance, Sensors, Targeting and Acquisition Division and the Tactical Systems Division, where she consolidated six contract departments into one segment contract team. She has utilized her business, operations and accounting talents to complement advance government, international and commercial acquisitions with such companies as Jacobs Sverdrup Technology, Wang Government Systems, Inc. as well as with 8(a) disadvantaged businesses such as Innovative Health Applications, LLC and I-NET Inc.
Judith received a Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting and Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Responsible for developing and executing the corporate strategy, M&A, and strategic ventures.
Prior to IAP, Michael was a management and strategy consultant at Avascent for more than 11 years. During his tenure at Avascent he advised leading Fortune 500 companies, high technology startups and private equity investors on corporate growth strategies, re-organizations, and M&A transactions. During this time he advised clients on M&A transactions totaling over $4B.Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics with Distinction from Otterbein University.
Responsible for developing proposals and implementing strategies and marketing plans that will maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Dale previously worked for Holmes & Narver Services, Inc. working on critical national programs like the U.S. Nuclear Testing Program, and provided support for the Multinational Force and Observers, and has served expertly at capturing and operating service contracts with such companies as AECOM, Lear Siegler, PAE, DynCorp, and IAP.
Dale graduated from Auburn University.
