As Chief Executive Officer and Director for IAP Worldwide Services, Terry DeRosa provides strategic leadership for the company’s 2,500 employees worldwide. Together with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, Terry is responsible for establishing long-range corporate goals and implementing growth strategies. He was promoted to his current position in August 2017 after serving for three years as IAP’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Terry played a crucial role in the company’s turnaround subsequent to the restructuring of IAP in 2014. Under his financial direction, IAP has seen consistent growth, including the acquisition of two business units from DRS technologies in 2015.
Terry has more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial and operations management. Before joining IAP, Terry served as the CFO of Kestrel Enterprises, Inc., which was acquired by the Boeing Company in 2008. Prior to that, he was President of the largest business unit of DRS Technologies, Inc. Other experience includes EVP of operations at the Technology Applications and Service Company, and senior internal auditor and financial controller at United Technologies Corp.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a MBA (finance) from the University of Hartford.
Oversees ongoing business operations for all business units at IAP.
Previously, Rob served as IAP’s Vice President of National Security and Technology and the Vice President, Operations for the Boeing Company’s $85M Integrated Information Systems’ Kestrel Enterprises business; served in the Defense Intelligence Agency where he managed advanced technology initiatives for the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Directorate for Intelligence; served at the National Security Council as the White House Situation Room’s Intelligence Analyst and Senior Duty Officer; and was the Department of Defense’s Deputy Defense Intelligence Officer for Global Trends and Projections.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from American University, and a Master in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing IAP’s global ethics and compliance program, corporate training initiatives, security, global trade compliance, and quality programs.
Prior to joining IAP, he served as Vice-President for the Training & Mentoring Business Area at DynCorp International, leading and managing NATO sponsored law enforcement and military training missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, as an international civilian police advisor in the United Nations Police Mission in Haiti, served in leadership positions supporting the UN International Police Task Force missions in Bosnia and Kosovo, managed start-up activities for protective security services in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, and Haiti and was responsible for operational management of rule-of-law programs in Palestine, Sudan, and Liberia
As General Counsel and Vice President of Administration, Dave oversees IAP’s Legal and Human Resources Departments. After joining IAP in 2010 as Associate General Counsel, Dave held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Deputy General Counsel & Director of Contracts, Senior Director of Operations, and VP of Corporate Development.
Prior to joining IAP, Dave was an attorney at IBM Corporation in Bethesda, MD. Previously held positions include Associate for Government Contracts at Holland & Knight, LLP; and Associate at Saltman & Stevens, PC, in Washington, D.C. Additionally, Dave served for four years in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, in Fort Bragg, NC.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a law degree from Boston University School of Law, Boston, MA.
Responsible for corporate business development strategy, policies, and resources, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Prior to IAP, Tracy worked for DynCorp International, responsible for business and financial strategies for the company’s intelligence collection and analysis programs, and subsequently as the Senior Director of Business Development Operations for DI’s Global Operations; served as Vice President of Phoenix Consulting Group’s intelligence programs; and held several career-progressing positions during her 12 years of government service in the Intelligence Community.
Tracy received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University, VA, and a Master of Science in International Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Responsible for corporate IT strategy, pricing, and treasury services.
Jason has more than 15 years of software implementation and program management experience in the private and public sector. Prior to IAP, he served as VP of Program Management at the Kestrel division of Boeing Defense, Space and Security. He also managed large scale software implementations with Fortune 100 clients working for companies such as Telcordia Technologies, EPIK Communications, and BusinessEdge Solutions.
Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
As VP of Corporate Strategy & Development, Michael is responsible for developing and leading IAP’s business strategy while managing investor relations, government relations and external communications. Michael also works with its board of directors and owners to develop and execute the company’s M&A strategy and roadmap. Michael joined IAP in 2015 as Senior Director of Strategic Development, and helped lead the acquisition of two business units from DRS Technologies in late 2015.
Prior to IAP, Michael spent 11 years as a management and strategy consultant at Avascent. During his tenure at Avascent, Michael advised leading Fortune 500 companies, high technology startups, and private equity investors on corporate growth strategies, re-organizations, and M&A transactions in government-regulated industries. Michael led buy-side due diligence efforts for private equity firms and strategic investors resulting in more than $4B in closed M&A transactions.
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics with Distinction from Otterbein University.
