IAP Earns Exceptional Rating on GSA Schedule Management
Cape Canaveral, FL – IAP Worldwide Services recently earned an Exceptional rating on two GSA Schedules it maintains, which is a score that puts it in the top tier of GSA Schedule-holders.
IAP maintains three GSA Schedules – LOGWORLD (GS-10F-0151U), Consolidated Products and Services (GS-00F-0022L) and Facility Maintenance and Management (GS-06F-0022R). LOGWORLD and Environmental Services were audited earlier this year, and both were rated Exceptional for contract compliance and overall administration on a Contractor Assistance Visit (CAV).
The General Services Administration (GSA) allows government agencies to streamline purchasing for goods and services with pre-negotiated prices on orders up to $1 million.
Contractors holding GSA Schedules are audited twice during their five-year schedules, which provides a small window to earn Exceptional ratings. That’s one reason why Exceptional ratings are limited to 4 percent of all schedule-holders. Failure of a CAV can cause a GSA Schedule to be revoked.
IAP earned its Exceptional rating through continuous maintenance of costs and attention to the details of each transaction on the Multiple Award Schedule.
