James Duffy Joins IAP as Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics
Cape Canaveral, FL – IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. announced that James W. Duffy joined the company as Vice President of Global Operations and Logistics (GOL).
Duffy will oversee all contingency, logistics and procurement operations for the five business segments under GOL that include Power, Construction and Engineering, Global Support Services, Air Traffic Management, and G3 Systems Ltd., IAP’s British subsidiary.

Jim’s operations track record combined with his understanding of our customers’ needs makes him an ideal fit for IAP.”
Before joining IAP, Duffy served as ITT’s Executive Program Manager for the Total Army Communications – Southwest Asia, Central Asia, and Africa contract. In this capacity he was responsible for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) efforts of approximately 1500 people spread across 55 locations in 6 countries supporting CENTCOM and AFRICOM areas of operations worth more than $1.2 billion.
Prior to his tenure at ITT, Duffy was the Director of the Network Integration Sector for Decisive Analytics Corporation where he led a start-up division in HLS efforts related to C4 integration of military operations into civil emergencies.
Duffy was commissioned in the United States Army, and served in numerous positions of leadership to include Commander, 54th Signal Battalion (Southwest Asia) USCENTCOM. A decorated officer from his 29 years of service, Duffy’s last command was in Southwest Asia during Operations Desert Thunder and Desert Fox where he was in charge of all Army and strategic communications in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Education from the University of Maine.
